All of our team members are employed by us and not through any labour-hire arrangements - this is important to us as we build our knowledge and expertise for the future. We commit to continuous improvement and develop ongoing training programs for the trade certification of our team members.
Our commitment to quality, safety and environmental responsibility is evidenced through our ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 accreditation. We are also an accredited contractor under the CSIRO Painting Contractor Certification Program (“PCCP”) to classes 1-4.

We have always been early adopters of new technology in the delivery of our products and services, passing the benefits onto our customers. New technologies for the betterment of our business spread over to our management systems a number of years ago when we began utilising a number of dynamic apps, databases and online solutions to run our management systems.
Since that time, we have progressively developed our internal systems and processes, focusing on a number of key areas we believe provides a competitive edge in the market. These areas include HSEQ, specialist coatings, project management risk management and information security.
Principal to our success is our consistent search of opportunities for improvement, taking a process approach, risk-based thinking and evidence based decision making.

Health & Safety
ISO 45001 Certified
The health and safety of all our employees is incredibly important, especially being in a high risk industry such as ourselves. Consultation, communication and participation plays a significant role in our WHS systems, focusing on both physical and mental wellbeing and comply with our obligations under the harmonised WHS legislation and with ISO 45001.
Environment
ISO 14001 Certified
We acknowledge the importance of protecting and improving our environment. We do not want to simply pay lip service, rather, we seek to implement a meaningful and effective environment system. We seek to identify initiatives which can positively support sustainable business growth. Our environmental management system comply with our obligations under the EPA legislation and ISO 14001.

Quality management is seen as underpinning every aspect of our business and has a direct impact on how effective we are as a whole. Our Quality systems focus on product and service integrity, on time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Project Management
Supporting our Quality management system, project management plays a pivotal role in ensuring complex projects are delivered effectively. Our project management systems and team sit under and support the Operations Department and leverage the principles found in ISO 21502.
Risk Management
The ISO standards require certified organisations to adopt ‘risk based thinking’ in their business processes. This includes identifying, assessing, controlling and reviewing risks. We have taken this a step further by implementing a risk management system which adopt principles of ISO 31000.
Information Security
As information becomes increasingly online-based, there is a need for greater security for both the protection of internal and external data. We have implemented and are continually improving processes for information security including, access based permissions, password management, device management, etc.
Our information security systems leverage the requirements of ISO 27001.
